I can’t help you with complicated excel templates, pie charts, financial formulas and workbooks that have professional presentation and cells that shift data from one workbook to another. Although I can and do show you sites that sell templates or software for more complicated scheduling tasks on my blog.
I can’t cut your work load or be a secretary for you but…
I can give you a xls templates scheduling system that makes it easy for you to input data so you can tell at a glance exactly what you have planned for the minutes, hours, days, weeks and months ahead for as far ahead as you want to plan.
Keeping It Simple Scheduling
What’s included in the SOS Package?
The Schedule Organization System (SOS) workbooks consist of a range of excel xls schedule templates that are on worksheets in workbooks. This is the most complicated part of the product. You need to open the workbooks and find the schedules that suit your needs.
When you find the schedules you want to use, you simply copy the worksheet and paste it into a blank workbook which then contains your preferred templates.
It’s totally up to you how many or few workbooks you create. You can create one workbook for a few important schedules or separate workbooks for a range of different uses or tasks.
There are some example workbooks that you can use just as they are, or to view in order to get an idea of what you could do. Keep it simple at first, read through the instructions. As you use the schedules and become familiar with them, you’ll see it’s not complicated at all!
